This red CX-5 had heavy swirls through the paint. A one-stage correction was used to restore clarity and gloss without chasing defects beyond the safe limits of the finish. We then protected the corrected paint with our 5-year graphene ceramic coating. See the full Mazda CX-5 project.

For this Frontline camper we combined selected colour-matched stone-chip repairs with mostly two-stage correction, reducing heavier passenger-side scratching while preserving healthy clear coat. The finishing polish also left protection behind. See the Transporter project and preparation photos.
Single-stage or multi-stage?
Single-stage correction starts at $499 and suits general swirls, light haze and paint that needs its gloss restored. Multi-stage correction starts at $849 and adds cutting and refinement for paint needing more attention. The final approach depends on the condition and safe limits of the paint.
Care comes before chasing every mark.
Some scratches are too deep to polish out safely. We’ll explain what is likely to improve and what needs paint repair. Preserving the finish matters more than promising a perfect percentage.
Paint correction questions.
What can paint correction fix?
Correction can improve suitable swirls, light scratches, haze and dullness in sound paint. It cannot replace missing paint, repair peeling clear coat or safely remove every deep scratch. We assess the finish and explain when paint repair is the better option.
Why decontaminate and clay before polishing?
Washing removes loose dirt, while decontamination and clay address contamination bonded to the surface. Preparing the paint first helps us assess it properly and reduces the risk of dragging contamination across the finish during polishing.
What is the difference between one-stage and two-stage correction?
One-stage correction uses a single polishing stage to balance defect improvement and gloss. Two-stage correction separates cutting and finishing: the first stage improves suitable defects, and the second refines the finish. We choose the process to suit the paint rather than assuming more cutting is always better.

If you want the improved finish to be easier to maintain, we can pair the correction with our 5-year ceramic protection. We quote the correction first because the preparation should match the actual condition of the paint, not be hidden inside a one-size-fits-all coating price.
