Words from the artist, Laura Drummond... A recent trip home to the Lake Taupo area left me deeply inspired by the native flora. Every time I return for an extended visit,
I am struck by the simplicity of the beauty around me - from the native plants and flowers to the plant life that thrives in the
cooler climate. It's a place of immense beauty, peace, and tranquillity, yet remains largely underrated, i had to tell its story.
