Graco Spray Gun Conversion Kit to suit G40 RAC to Air Cap 288514

The Basics

• RAC Tip to Flat Tip Air Cap
• Conversion Kit for air-assisted spraying and finishing of paints and coatings

Instructions

1. Unscrew and remove RAC tip air cap assembly from gun.
2. Install new diffuser into gun. Torque to 155-165 in-lb (18-19 N•m).
3. Install spray tip in flat tip air cap assembly. Insert spray tip locating tab into locating slot in air cap.
4. Install flat tip air cap assembly
5. Remove diffuser assembly with gun tool.
6. Unscrew and remove air plug nut from gun.
7. Insert fan valve assembly. Torque to 155-165 in-lb (18-19 N•m).
